Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NALVEN handles personal information in connection with this website and project enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email info@nalven.us.

Information you provide

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, project requirements and attachments. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending payment-card details, government identification or other sensitive information.

When our website enquiry form is available and you submit it, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project interest, message and consent to use these details to respond. The website also records the submission time and notification status. Submissions are stored as private records in WordPress for authorized administrators; they are not published on the website. Email notifications are attempted only when a notification recipient is configured.

Technical information and cookies

Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver the website, maintain logs and protect against abuse. This is separate from information saved in enquiry records.

The enquiry plugin does not store raw IP addresses in enquiry records. It uses a one-way keyed hash of the connection address and email for temporary rate limiting, with a one-hour expiry, and a separate duplicate-submission record with a one-day expiry.

WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and related preferences. Hosting or security services may use cookies where needed to provide and protect the site. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some functions. The current site does not have an advertising-pixel or third-party marketing-analytics integration. It does not implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals.

How information is used and shared

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your project and maintain related correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Information may be processed by authorized personnel and providers supporting our hosting, content delivery, website maintenance and email, including Hostinger. It may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security. Provider systems may process information outside your country. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy for information about that provider.

Retention and security

The enquiry plugin does not automatically delete enquiry records after a fixed period: they remain in WordPress until an authorized administrator deletes them. Email correspondence, hosting logs and backups follow their respective storage and retention arrangements. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable legal or security requirements; copies in backups may remain until those backups expire or are replaced.

The website uses HTTPS, and access to enquiry records is restricted to authorized administrators. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to provide enquiry information, although this may limit our ability to respond. To ask about information we hold about you, request a copy, correct it, request deletion or withdraw consent for future use, email info@nalven.us. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out.

Other websites and future changes

Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices. This policy covers the NALVEN website and enquiries, not services that are not currently offered here, such as online checkout or an active newsletter subscription. If our features or information practices change, we will update this page and its revision date, and provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
